Valletta Legal is a law firm established in 2009 and led by three Partners. It offers a broad range of services, operating mainly in the fields of corporate and commercial advisory; employment law; consumer protection; debt collection; civil law (including property, family, and succession); dispute resolution and litigation.
Alongside the firm operates Valletta Trustees Ltd, whose Directors are the Partners of Valletta Legal. Valletta Trustees has been licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority since 2010 to provide trustee and fiduciary services – including the administration of private foundations – as well as the full complement of company services.
